Angela Osmon, age 47, wife of Ronald Osmon, and a resident of Columbia, passed away Friday, June 26, 2015 at her residence. A funeral service will be held Sunday, June 28 at 3 PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Kirk Brothers and David Bell officiating. Burial will follow at Maury Memorial Gardens. A visitation was held on Saturday, June 27 from 4-8 PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Born in Lincoln County on October 6, 1967, Angela Osmon was the daughter of Roy and Louise Cashion Markham of Dyersburg, TN. She was a member of Spring Meadows Church of Christ. She worked at the Saturn Plant in Spring Hill for over thirteen years and then as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Maury Regional Medical Center and NHC Hillview. Angela was very much a people person and would help anyone in need any time she could. In her spare time, she enjoyed embroidering and being with her church family. She lived by the moto, "Life is Good and God is Great!" In addition to her parents, her memory is survived by her loving husband of eighteen years: Ronald Osmon; Sons: Trenton (Jennifer) Smith and Tyler Osmon, both of Columbia; Daughters: Terra Osmon and Summer Osmon, both of Columbia; Brother: Joseph (Jennifer) Markham of Carterville; Sisters: Deborah (Ronnie) Smith of Lynchburg and Cindy (Kirk) Brothers of Henderson; Grandchildren: Hunter and Holden Smith, both of Columbia; along with numerous additional family members and according to her, "the best friends anyone could ask for" and her beloved pet: Buddy Ranae. Pallbearers will be: Austin Burns, Tyler Osmon, Donald Curtis Simmons, Trenton Smith, Lon Osmon, and Ryan Norman.
