Marci Wyn Brown

October 27, 1962 - June 4, 2015

Marci Wyn Brown, age 52 and a resident of Columbia, TN passed away early Thursday morning June 4, 2015 at Alive Hospice in Nashville. Graveside services will be held on Monday, June 8th at 2pm at Maury Memorial Gardens in the Garden of Promise. The family will visit with friends on Monday from 12 noon until the 2 pm service at Heritage Funeral Home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Marci was born October 27, 1962 and was the daughter of Joseph (Jan) Brown and the late Sharon Flaherty Brown. She attended Cajon Valley Union School District in El Cajon, California. She was of the Methodist faith. She attended the work shop at the United Cerebral Palsy of San Diego County from 1980-2004. She will be missed by everyone. She is survived by her father Joseph (Jan) Brown of Columbia, TN; sister: Milissa (Jason) Reierson of Franklin, TN; brother: Michael W. (Michelle) Brown of Henderson, NV; nephew: Lane Reierson; niece: Lillian Reierson; she is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Along with her mother, Marci is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents James and Luz Brown, and her maternal grandparents Fred and Connie Gerstner. Pallbearers will be Joe Brown, Jason Reierson, Lane Reierson, and Michael Brown. Honorary pallbearers will be the staff at Alive Hospice.
