Randall Mezo

July 23, 1949 - May 23, 2015

Mr. Randall Mezo, age 65, a resident of Chapel Hill, passed away Saturday morning, May 23, 2015 at Maury Regional Medical Center. The family will celebrate his "One Last Ride" at a later date. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Born on July 23, 1949 in Chebanse, Illinois, Randall was the son of the late Ben and Vondaleigh Ruth Hungate Mezo. He worked as a painter and was an avid Harley Davidson rider who was a great friend and family man. He was a loving father, grandfather, and Papa who loved his family unconditionally. He is survived by his daughters: Ateka (Jeff) Kile of Lawrenceburg, TN, Alisa (Bob) Hinds of Unionville, TN; wife: Felicia Mezo of Chapel Hill, TN; brothers: Mike (Sunday) Mezo of Athens, TN, Les (Lori) Mezo of Bradley, IL, Ben Mezo of Athens, TN, Tommy Dean Mezo of Illinois; sisters: Shirley (Richard) Meyer of South Carolina, Sharon (Bill) Mike of Illinois, Frankie Smith of North Carolina; grandchildren: Zachary, Mallary, Derek, Cody, and Angelia; and four great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Lonnie Mezo; and step-mother: Joan Mezo.
