Jewell Dean Potts

Jewell Dean Potts, age 39, a resident of Lawrenceburg, passed away on Monday, May 11, 2015 at Maury Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 14th at 10am at Coleman Memorial United Methodist Church in Lawrenceburg with Rev. Rickey Wade officiating. The family will visit with friends from 9am until the 10am service. Burial will follow in the Houser Cemetery. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Jewell was born September 30, 1975 in Lawrenceburg and was the daughter of the late Monroe Junior Potts and Lilly Joyce Polk Potts. She enjoyed being a homemaker most of her life. She had a big impact on her children and treasured spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her children: Ronnie Ambrose, Johnnie Ambrose, Kimberly White, and Connie Ambrose; brothers: Ronnie Potts, Randy Potts, and James Potts; sisters: Connie (Ronald) Shrader, Janice (Carl) Belew, Joyce Byrd, Cherly (Kenny) Tichneor, and Lori Potts; grandchildren: Tasian, Xavier, and Jamie White. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Along with her parents, Jewell was preceded in death by a brother Robert Potts. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
