Mrs. Cleo B. Miller, age 79, wife of George Miller, and a resident of Columbia passed away Wednesday morning, May 6, 2015 at Signature Health Care of Columbia. A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 8, 2015 at 10:00 AM in the Hunter Room of Heritage Funeral Home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Born on September 14, 1935 and raised in Carnegie, Oklahoma, Cleo was the daughter of the late Robert Elijah and Hazel Welch Frazier. She moved to California in 1952 and married her husband, George Miller, on October 3, 1952. They later moved back to Oklahoma in 1972, and in 1986, moved to Tennessee. Cleo worked in the cafeteria at Franklin Special School District for nearly 24 years. She loved cooking, sewing, gardening, and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Cleo also enjoyed ceramic pottery and collecting dolls. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children: Robert Earl (Carrie) Miller of Columbia, Cynthia (Adron) Heavener of Carnegie, OK; brothers: Raymond (Carolyn) Frazier of Carnegie, OK, Leonard (Anita) Frazier of Tulsa, OK, George (Betty) Frazier of Carnegie, OK; seven grandchildren: Andrea (Matt) Harrison of Carnegie, OK, Angela Heavener (Gregg Williams) of Carnegie, OK, Bryan (Michaela) Miller of Spring Hill, John Miller of Columbia, Anthony (Hailey) Heavener of Carnegie, OK, Andrew (Theresa) Heavener of Carnegie, OK, Tonya (Michael) Gilliam of Columbia; and thirteen great-grandchildren. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers: Jesse Frazier and Leon Frazier.
