David Dillon

June 15, 1941 - April 23, 2015

David Clyde Dillon, age 73, husband of Geraldine McConnell Dillon, and resident of Carthage, TN, passed away April 23, 2015 at Riverview Regional Medical. The family will celebrate David's life with services on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Mount Tabor Missionary Baptist Church in Pleasant Shade, TN. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Born June 15, 1941 in Smyrna, TN, David was the son of the late James and Nellie Dillon. He was the founder of Dillon's Welding, and he loved to hunt and fish. He attended Dupont High School in Nashville and was a member of Mount Tabor Missionary Baptist Church. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Marty Dillon, Allen Dillon, Kevin Dillon, Kim Adams, Angie Morkel and Lowell Dillon; a sister: Linda Boyd; eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
