Donald Cooper

Mr. Donald Royce Cooper, a resident of Columbia, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 3, 2015. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 9, at 7:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Dr. David Buffaloe officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5:00 PM until time of service. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Born on March 11, 1960, in Columbia, TN, Donald was the son of Donald and Wanda LeeAnn Hamlin Cooper. He worked as a driver at Sequatchie Concrete Services and Goodwill Industries. He enjoyed bowling and fishing. One of his favorite past times was traveling around the area on his motorcycle. He especially loved spending time with his family. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son: Bruce Cooper of Nashville, TN; daughter: Candice (Zack) Coffee of Florence, AL; brother: Richard Cooper of Chattanooga, TN; and sister: Gayle Cooper of Columbia, TN. One grandchild also survives.
