Linda Terry

August 25, 1941 - February 10, 2015

Mrs. Linda L. Sparkes Terry, wife of Ronnie Terry, and a resident of Clear Creek Road in Pulaski, passed away Tuesday morning, February 10, 2015 at her residence. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Rev. David Spencer officiating. An inurnment will follow in Maury Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, adjacent to Heritage Funeral Home. A visitation will also be held on Saturday two hours prior to the service from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Born in St. Johns, Newfoundland, Canada, she was the daughter of the late Maxwell and Clara O'Toole Sparkes. She was of the Methodist faith. Linda was a business owner of an Antique Shop for many years in Pulaski, as well as a caregiver for several different hospitals and nursing homes in the United States and Canada. Linda enjoyed cooking, being near the water, and fishing, but above all, she loved being with family and helping others. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons: Joseph H. Kelly II of McMinnville, TN, Paul V. Butler of Sanford, FL; daughters: Sherry L. Pressnell of Columbia, TN, Nicole R. Latham of Lewisburg, TN; brothers: Jeff Sparkes of Ontario, Canada, Mickey Sparkes of Newfoundland, Canada; sisters: Janet Sparkes of Cincinnati, OH, Sandra Peckham of Newfoundland, Canada, Barbara Sparkes of Newfoundland, Canada; and eight grandchildren. She is also survived by her beloved dog, Maggie.
