Geneva Primm

Geneva Primm, age 84, a resident of Mt. Pleasant, passed away Saturday evening, January 17, 2015 at Mt. Pleasant Health and Rehab. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday January 21, 2015 at 1:00 PM at New Antioch Cemetery in Hickman County with Pastor Rick Points officiating. A visitation with the family will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 from 3:00 - 7:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Born in Lyles, TN on April 11, 1930, Geneva was the daughter of the late Charles and Nina McFarlin Johnson. She was a graduate of Hickman County High School, and was of the Baptist faith. Geneva previously worked as a nurse for Maury Regional Medical Center. She adored dogs, especially her Australian Shepherd, Yogi. She is survived by her son: Lowell Edwin Primm; daughter: Lynda Primm; and sisters: Thelma Davidson, Allene Bush, Margaret McCord, and Lillian Bradford. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother: Elton Johnson. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
