Nancy Davidson

August 1, 1948 - December 31, 2014

Nancy Davidson, age 66, a resident of Columbia, passed away Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at her residence. The family will hold a private service at a later date. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Nancy was a Maury County native and was the daughter of the late Ted and Mary Noles Davidson. She enjoyed doing crafts, drawing, and knitting. She worked in management in the hotel industry. Nancy loved to tell jokes, always making people laugh. Most of all, she cherished her family. She was a lady that treasured every minute spent with them. Nancy was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and sister. Everyone will truly miss her. She is survived by her daughters: Christy Rhodes of Culleoka, Tacey Osborne of Columbia, and Tara Rhodes Bond of Columbia; brothers: Donnie (Sheila) Davidson of Spring Hill and Barry (Sherry) Davidson of Murfreesboro; sister: Betty Poindexter of Columbia; grandchildren: Brandon (Monica) Sandrell, Kayla Rhodes, David Beckenbach, Justin (Ashley) Rhodes, Heather Black, Haylea Osborne, Hayden Osborne, Hunter Osborne, Jonathan (Becca) Bond, and Haley Bond; 10 great grandchildren; very special friend Sonya Bryson; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William D. "Billy" Rhodes.
