Connie Mash

October 9, 1959 - December 26, 2014

Connie Mash, age 55, a resident of Columbia, passed away Friday, December 26, 2014 at Maury Regional Medical Center. A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 29, 2014, at 2:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home. The family will visit with friends on Sunday from 4:00 -8:00 PM as well as 1 hour prior to the service on Monday. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Born October 9, 1959, in Maury County, she was the daughter of the late Clyde Gibson and Anne (Lovell) Hickman. She was a graduate of Columbia Central High School and a homemaker most of her life. In her spare time, Connie enjoyed going to Gulf Shores, spending time with friends and family, dancing, and riding back roads in the country. She especially enjoyed going to her dear friend, Rick's house, who was like a brother to her. Her greatest legacy is in the love she had for her friends and family, especially her grandkids. She is survived by her boyfriend of seven years, Jeff Russell; daughter, Terri Lynn Wilson; brother, Rick Hickman; sister, Suzanne Grisham, all of Columbia; three grandchildren: Mason Lee Wilson, Amy Lynn Wilson, and Emma Raye Wilson, of Mt. Pleasant. Several cousins also survive. Honorary pallbearers are Rick Hickman, Tony & Michele Davidson, Danny Thurman, Tammy Thurman, and Billy and Juanita Lee. The family requests memorial donations be made to the Connie Mash Memorial Fund c/o Heritage Funeral Home at 609 Bear Creek Pike, Columbia, TN.
