Master Trayceton Xavier Clemons was born November 3, 2014 to Ms. Motika Clemons and Mr. Chris Walker. He departed this life on November 11, 2014, at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 18, at 5:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Bishop Carl McCullen officiating. The family will visit with friends one hour prior to the service. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. He leaves to cherish his memory: a loving, devoted mother: Ms. Motika Clemons; father: Mr. Chris Walker; two loving sisters: Ms. Calistria Gaines and Ms.Tichia Walker, both of Columbia; one devoted uncle: Mr. Desmond Clemons of Columbia; a devoted grandmother: Mrs. Ruthie Mai Fuller; grandfather: Mr. Willie Clemons, both of Columbia; two great-grandmothers: Mrs. Georgia Watkins and Mrs. Virgil Clemons, both of Columbia; nine great aunts: Ms. Deborah Watkins, Ms. Darlene Watkins, Ms. Lorrine Watkins, Ms. Georgia L. Muhammad; devoted great aunt Ms. Sharon Watkins, Ms. Janice Clemons, Ms. Linda Clemons, and Ms. Patricia Clemons, all of Columbia. Ms. Diane (Mark) Harris of Arlington, Texas. Two great uncles: Mr. Randall (Isabell) Clemons of Hohenwald and Mr. John Clemons of Columbia. A host of cousins, relatives, and others.
