Ruth Hale

Ruth Fausnacht Hale, age 88, of Franklin, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, November 6, 2014, at The Manor at Steeplechase in Franklin. Her family will celebrate her life with a private service at a later date. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements. Born on November 1, 1926, in Tucumcari, New Mexico, Ruth was the daughter of the late Clay and Minnie (Horn) Fausnacht. She enjoyed a variety of arts and crafts. However, she will be most remembered for her dedication and commitment to her only child. Rising against adversity, she dedicated her life to taking care of her son, Mike Hale of Franklin, on her own. Her family will remember her most, for the love she freely gave to each of them. In addition to her son, she is survived by daughter-in-law, Barbara Hale of Franklin; two brothers, Robert Fausnacht and Thomas Fausnacht; and three grandchildren, Matt Hale and Clay Hale of Knoxville, and Greg Hale of Franklin. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clay and Minnie Fausnacht; two sisters, Elizabeth Laman and Virginia Fritz; and one brother; James Fausnacht.
