Lawrence Ray Harrison

Mr. Lawrence R. Harrison, age 69, husband of Sherry J. Harrison, and a resident of Columbia, passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at his residence. A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 3, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home. Visitation will also be held on Friday from 10:00 AM until the memorial service hour at 2:00 PM. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Born in Gorman, TN on May 19, 1945, Lawrence was the son of the late Lawrence Oliver Harrison, Jr. and Hester Mae McIllwain Harrison. In addition to his wife Sherry, he leaves behind to cherish his memory his children: Jon (Tina) Harrison, Brandon Harrison, Scott (Kaye Lyn) Jenkins, Amy (David) Grice; brother: Richard Harrison; sister: Pam Harrison; and seven grandchildren: Taylor, Josie, Philip, Dale, Layla, Connor, and Addie Grace.
