Joyce Darlene Adkins

Mrs. Joyce Darlene Adkins, age 65, wife of Travis Adkins, and a resident of McCarter Road in Lawrenceburg, passed away Wednesday morning, August 20, 2014 at her residence. The family will celebrate her life with private services. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements. Born in Chattanooga, TN on July 28, 1949, Joyce was the daughter of the late John Ross and Eula Mae Manus Redden. She attended New Prospect Baptist Church in Lawrenceburg and previously worked as an insurance agent. In addition to her husband, she leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter: Melissa Ann Payne of Lawrenceburg; brother: Dale (Marie) Redden of Chattanooga; grandchildren: Macy Beth Hayes and Emily Ann Payne both of Lawrenceburg; and one great-granddaughter: Macarria Uveon Hayes.
