Frances Giordano

Mrs. Frances Giordano, age 86, a resident of Columbia passed away Tuesday morning, August 19, 2014 at the Bridge Assisted Living. Inurnment Friday, August 22, 2014 at 12:00 PM at Maury Memorial Gardens adjacent to Heritage Funeral Home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements. Mrs. Giordano was born September 12, 1927 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Sam Grillo and the late Jenny Grillo. She loved to play the organ and enjoyed playing bingo and other activities at the Bridge. Mrs. Giordano is survived by her daughter: Josephine (James) Havens of Columbia; grandchildren: Kelli (Chris) Coyne of Knoxville; Kevin (Mimi) Havens of Memphis; great-grandchildren: Isabella Coyne; Brody Coyne and Max Havens. In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her husband: William Giordano.
