Kenneth Ray Staggs

Mr. Kenneth Ray Staggs, age 57, and a resident of Hohenwald, passed away Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at Maury Regional Medical Center, after a lengthy illness. In a private service, Kenneth was laid to rest beside his parents at Lewis County Memorial Gardens in Hohenwald. Heritage Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements. He was born June 13, 1947 in Chicago and was the son of the late J.C. Staggs and Loudene Arnold Staggs. Kenneth lived life to the fullest while being good to those around him. He will be remembered as a "man of his word" who did everything he could to honor his obligations. He enjoyed playing poker, fishing and camping and working in his yard. He especially loved the company of his Jack Russell Terrier, "Boy." He is survived by 2 brotheres: J.D. Staggs and Gary Don Staggs; and 4 sisters: Diane Jackson, Becky Burns, Janice Sharp and Janie Lou Adams, all of Hohenwald.
