Nicky Croley

August 27, 1940 - June 23, 2014

Mr. Nicky Croley, age 73, a resident of Columbia, passed away Monday, June 23, 2014 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 27, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Dr. Hubert Cunningham officiating. The family will visit with friends one hour prior to the service on Friday from 1:00 - 2:00 at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Born in Weaksbury, Kentucky on August 27, 1940, Nicky was the son of the late Beatrice Croley. Nick loved any old country music, especially Merle Haggard. He also enjoyed Harley Davidson motorcycles, and spending time with his family. According to Nick's wishes, he will be cremated with some of his ashes mixed in paint to be painted on the walls where he spent his career. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Elizabeth Oakes Croley of Columbia; son: Randy Gene (Nickie) Croley of Columbia; daughters: Colleen Croley (Chris Tuttle) of Columbia, Pamela Croley of Hollywood, FL; half-brother: Nicholas Pratt; half-sister: Brandy Pratt; and three grandchildren: Aaron Croley of Columbia, Alex Croley of Columbia; and Nicky Ray Nichols of Ohio.
