Barry Womack

Mr. Barry Ray Womack, age 57 a resident of Columbia, passed away Sunday, June 22, 2014 at his residence. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2014 at 4:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Rev. Melinda Britt officiating. The family will visit with friends one hour prior to the service from 3:00 - 4:00 PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Born in Nashville, TN on August 2, 1956, Barry was the son of the late Ramon Elliot and Janie Burkhalter Womack. He was a loving father and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was an avid sports fan, especially when it came to nascar, golf, football, or anything Vanderbilt. He is survived by his son: Cory Womack; daughter: Carly Womack; brother: Brian (Gina) Womack; sister: Lisa Cahoon; and the mother of his children: Carolyn Womack.
