Hector Manuel Tejeda

Mr. Hector Manuel Tejeda, age 72, a resident of Nashville, passed away Saturday, June 14, 2014 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville. A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 16, 2014 at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Heritage Funeral Home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Born in Aruba, Aruba on September 14, 1941, Hector was the son of the late Frank and Aracelis Sanchez Tejeda. He earned his PhD as a psychiatrist. He is survived by his sons: Tomas (Jennifer) Tejeda of Nashville, Tennessee, Antonio (Michelle) Tejeda of Minnesota, Francisco (Marisa) Tejeda of Texas; brother: Antonio Tejeda of Puerto Rico; and four grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Tejeda.
