Ronnie Mosier

August 13, 1948 - April 2, 2014

Ronnie Mosier, age 65 of Hohenwald, passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at his residence. The family will celebrate his life on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 3PM with visitation one hour prior to the service at Heritage Funeral Home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. A native of Gas City, IN, Ronnie was born August 13, 1948. He was the son of Frank and Ruth Robertson Mosier and retired from General Motors in Spring Hill. Recently he had become affiliated with Destiny Church in Columbia. Ronnie will be remembered as "always helping others." His weakness was telling people "no." He just had a passion for helping and taking care of people. In earlier days he enjoyed fishing, but more recently enjoyed NASCAR and watching his son, John, race. Preceded in death by his parents, Ronnie is survived by his wife of almost 40 years: Patricia Mudd Mosier of Hohenwald; son: John Mosier of Hohenwald; three daughters: Janelle Kelly of Perry, GA, Melissa Smith of Hohenwald and Susan Woodcox of Gas City, IN; three brothers: Phil Mosier of Marion, IN, Ted Mosier of Gas City, IN and Richard Toler of Ft. White, FL; sisters: Sharon Barrett of Yorktown, IN, Phyllis Chadwell of Lafayette, IN; 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
