John David Jefferson

John David Jefferson, age 53, a resident of Spring Hill, passed away Thursday, March 27, 2014 at Maury Regional Medical Center. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 30, 2014 at 3PM at Heritage Funeral Home. The family will also visit with friends on Sunday from 1PM until the service hour at 3PM. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Born in Franklin, TN on June 19, 1960, John was the son of the late Thomas Alva and Lillian Robinson Jefferson. He was of the Presbyterian faith and worked for IDC Technologies for 30 years. He enjoyed playing darts and collecting NASCAR. He was known as a good family man and friend who loved watching his kids play ball. John was a very responsible person who would give to others. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his long-time loving companion: Kathleen Ramirez of Spring Hill; daughter: Traci Ramirez (Christopher Bullock) of Athens, AL; brothers: Richard and Jerry Jefferson, both of Nashville; sister: Nancy (Eric) Marlin of Eagleville; and three grandchildren: Shawn and Keyairra Ramirez and Casandra Bullock. John's co-workers at IDC Technologies will serve as honorary pallbearers.
