Carmen Martinez Capper

Carmen Capper (nee Martinez) reunited with her beloved husband Arthur Capper in eternal life on Saturday, March 8, 2014, at the age of 74. The family will be holding a private memorial service at home on Thursday, March 13. Carmen is survived by kids: Dawn (Michael) Mueller and David Capper (Nancy); grandchildren: Samantha, Angela, and Damien. She is also survived by her brothers Olivo Martinez and Jorge (Fran) Martinez. She was preceded in death by her brother Eddie and sister Mercedes. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the American Heart Association.
