Therse Hunt

June 9, 1928 - February 18, 2014

Therese G. Hunt, age 85 of Columbia, passed away Tuesday morning, February 18, 2014 at Life Care Center of Columbia. Privately, Mrs. Hunt was placed in the Chapel Mausoleum at Maury Memorial Gardens, next to Heritage Funeral Home. Heritage Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements. Born June 9, 1928 in Marinette, WI, she was the daughter of the late Gilbert Diaz and Helen Margach Diaz. She worked as a book keeper in real estate and was a member of St. Catherine Catholic Church in Columbia. Mrs. Hunt is survived by 2 sons: Rob (Lori) Hunt and Bruce (Rochelle) Hunt; a sister: Jean Eiff; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Ernest Hunt; and sons: Rev. Kevin J. Diaz and Andrew E. Hunt.
