Mr. Danny Ray Martin, age 39 and a resident of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Monday, February 17, 2014 at his residence. The family will celebrate a service of his life on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Heritage Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 19 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Graveside services will follow at Blowing Springs Cemetery, in Mount Pleasant with Bro. Rick Points officiating. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Born June 24, 1974 in Lawrenceburg, TN, he was the son of Rhonda Head Burns and the late Donnie Martin and the husband of Lorrie Bowen Martin. Danny was self-employed in Construction and loved fishing and watching wrestling on TV. In addition to his wife and mother, he leaves behind to cherish his memory, daughters: Cassandra Brooke Martin and Danielle Faith Bowen, both of Lawrenceburg; brothers: Michael Martin and Paul Martin, both of Lawrenceburg; sister: Dolores (Jamie) Cozart of Lawrenceburg; one grandchild: Carmen Martin; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister: Donna Rebecca Martin. Pallbearers will be Paul Martin, Michael Martin, Dalton Martin, Cody Polk, and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to help with funeral expenses.
