Larry Ray Winters

Mr. Larry Ray Winters, age 67, and a resident of Winters Lane in Lyles, TN passed away Thursday, April 18, 2013 at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Nashville. A celebration of Larrys life will be held 6:00 PM Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at the Lyles Church of Christ. The family will visit with friends after the service at the church. Private family inurnment will follow Wednesday. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family and in charge of arrangements. Born October 4, 1945 in Hickman County, he was the son of the late Frank and Julie Poland Winters. He was a self employed truck driver and a US Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Larry is survived by his loving wife: Billie Tidwell Winters of Lyles; his daughter: Tatia (Jeff) Capley; his son: Trevor Winters; 2 brothers: Burton AND Bobby Winters; 3 sisters: Faye Pruitt, Joyce Holland and Hazel Brymer; 6 grandchildren: Terra, Tyler, Marcus and Branden Capley, Autum Tidwell and Hunter Winters.
