Phillip "Tye Tye" Tyrone Davis

Mr. Phillip Tye Tye Davis, age 58, and a resident of Mt. Pleasant passed away Monday, January 14, 2013 at Hidden Acres Nursing Home in Mt. Pleasant. Graveside services will be held at Hamilton City Cemetery in Hamilton City, Alabama at a later date. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Phillip was born on February 28, 1954 in Zion, Illinois. He was the son of the late Ploma Tim Davis and the late Rubye Mae Mitchell. He was of the Baptist faith, and he loved listening to music. He is survived by his brother, Roger Mitchell of Columbia; sister, Sandra Mitchell of Mt. Pleasant; and his nieces and nephew: Loren Nichole Mitchell, Devin Mitchell, and Miranda Mitchell. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers Jeff Mitchell and Alan Davis. Condolences may be sent to the family at the top of this page.
