Sheila Pyke, age 44, a resident of 210 Lewis Street in Columbia, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, November 20, 2012. A Funeral Service for Sheila will be held on Saturday, November 24, 2012 at 3 PM in the chapel of Heritage Funeral Home with Pastor Georgina Kennedy officiating. The family will visit with friends on Saturday from 1:00 PM until the 3:00 PM funeral hour. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family and in charge of the arrangements. A native of Pontiac, Michigan, she was the daughter of Bobbie Jean Warfield and Donna Gail Baumgartel. She loved her family immensely and when her grandchildren came along, they stole her heart. Her family recalled how she was always a free spirit. She enjoyed camping and loved to sit around bonfires and loved to spend time with her friends. She was known for telling jokes and you would always see a loving smile on her face. She left behind to cherish her memory her parents Donald "Papa" & Donna Baumgartel of Hernando, FL and Bobbie & Pat Warfield of Hale, MI; her husband, Matthew Pyke of Columbia, TN; a daughter, Ashley Pyke of Columbia, TN. a brother, Robert Warfield of Ft. Payne, AL; sisters: Elizabeth Mansour of Chesterfield, MI, Farrah Warfield of Hernando, FL, and Jamie (Tony) Dattilio of Columbiana, OH; two grandchildren: Landon Britt and Baylee Britt of Columbia, TN; aunts and uncles: Jim and Sue Meiners of Columbia, TN, Tom and Jan Nance of Leitchfield, KY and Wayne and Annette Hensley of Ft. Payne, AL; and several nieces and nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by a son, Matthew Pyke, a daughter, Katlyn Pyke and a sister Pam Warfield.
