Patricia Gilmore Wisser Milligan

Patricia Gilmore Wisser Milligan-passed away in the hospital Oct. 20th. She was born April 4, 1931; graduated from McKeesport High 49; and was a long time resident of McKeesport, Coulter and Elizabeth, PA. She was married for 18yrs. To Glenn Wisser of Coulter,PA " with whom she had 3 children " Victor (NC) , Kathleen (TN) and Terry (who died in 97). During those years she was an active member of Sampson Mills Presbyterian and Coulter Methodist churches. Later married in 73 to Robert Milligan of Glassport/Elizabeth, PA " where they resided until 2002. They then (retired) moved to Nashville,TN, where Robert died in March 2008. Along with her son & daughter , Patricia leaves 5 grandchildren (Jodi & Jimmy of NC, Amy & Matthew of TN, and Tawnia Wisser Brown of PA) and 5 great-grandchildren, (with a 6th expected in February). She also leaves behind her sister " Ethel (Bea) Argyle Hess, and her husband Jesse, who reside in East Palestine, Ohio; and 2 nephews " Lawrence (CA) and Jimmy (FL). Patricia requested no memorial service, but a burial ceremony of their combined ashes will take place at Round Hill Cemetery at a later date, to be announced.
