Mary Biernacki, age 90, a resident of Spring Hill, passed away Thursday morning , December 12, 2013 at Willow Springs Assisted Living. A funeral mass will be held on Monday, December 16, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Church of the Nativity in Spring Hill. Visitation will also be held on Monday from 12:00 PM until the service hour at 2:00 PM at the church. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, December 19 at 1:00 PM at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Cemetery in Tarentum, PA. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Born in Brackenridge, PA on July 5, 1923, Mary was the daughter of the late Sabatino and Giovanna Cicolini Angelini. She was of the Catholic faith and previously worked as a book keeper. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter: Adele (Robert) Johnston of Spring Hill; grandson: Gary (Jennifer) Johnston of Garner, NC; great-grandchildren: Haleigh Johnston, Lauren Johnston both of Garner, NC; niece: Jennie Lou (Gerald) Mazur; and nephew: Richard (Rozalyn) Angelini.
