Mrs. Nicole Bugter, age 37, wife of Jason Bugter and a resident of Cranford Hollow Rd in Columbia, passed away at her residence on Friday, October 8, 2010 following an extended illness. Funeral services for Mrs. Bugter will be Monday, October 11, 2010 at 10:00 AM in the chapel of Heritage Funeral Home with Chaplin Eddie Rogers officiating. Interment will follow at Maury Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends on Sunday at the funeral home from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family and is in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Bugter is a native of New Jersey and the daughter of Fred and Ann (Chatten) Collender of Columbus, NJ. She was a Registered Nurse at Williamson Medical Center in Franklin and worked in the Cath Lab. She was of the Catholic Faith, loved camping, 4-wheeling, and loved watching her kids play sports. Her family said; she was a soccer mom, and yes, she drove a mini-van. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Bugter left behind her three precious children; 2 daughters, Stephanie and Sammi Bugter, 1 son, Nathan Bugter all of Columbia. Her grandmother, Sybilla Chatten of Janesville, WI, 1 sister, Jenifer (Joseph) Nanni of Yardville, NJ, 1 brother, Fred (Renee) Collender of Marlton, NJ, her father and mother in-law, Tony & Debby Bugter of Spring Hill, TN, 1 brother in-law, Chris Bugter of Nashville, TN and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews along with her dear friends at Williamson Medical Centers Cath lab. Pallbearers will be Fred Collender Jr., Bill Dubinski, Chris Bugter, Kyn Sartain, Kurt Watson, and Wes Wykoff. Honorary pallbearers will be the staff of Williamson Medical Cath Lab Staff in Franklin, TN In lieu of flowers; donations can be made to Columbia Academy, 1412 Trotwood Ave, Columbia, TN 38401 in honor of Nicole A.
