Patricia Sue Baby Carroll, 51, a resident of Woodland Street, in Columbia, died Friday, July 9, 2010, at NHC Columbia Healthcare.

Funeral services for Mrs. Carroll will be conducted in the chapel of Heritage Funeral Home on Sunday, July 11, 2010 at 2:00 PM with Brother J.O. Martin and Brother Hugh Cunningham officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery, Spring Hill, Tennessee. The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 10, 4:00 PM-8:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home.

A native of Williamson County, Tennessee, Mrs. Carroll was the daughter of the late Delmar Stanley Cox and Mary Magdalene England Cox. She was married to Jerry Allen Carroll, who survives. Mrs. Carroll was a housekeeper at Life Care of Columbia for six (6) years. She enjoyed working in the yard. Mrs. Carroll was a member of New Life Baptist Church. She loved her family, and especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Melissa (Charles) Dawn Collins of Centerville, Tennessee and Linda Sue (Virgilio) Gonzalez of Kernelsville, North Carolina; a son, Justin Carroll of Columbia, Tennessee; four (4) sisters, Barbara Roberts of Columbia, Tennessee, Mary Lee (William) Dobbins of Pulaski, Tennessee, Kathy (Wayne) Green of College Grove, Tennessee, Pauline (Bruce) Whitwell of Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee; five (5) brothers, Donald (Ailene) Cox of Columbia, Tennessee, Larry W. (Alma) Cox of Hohenwald, Tennessee, Jerry (Spain) Cox of Columbia, Tennessee, Terry (Mary) Cox of Spring Hill, and Billy Joe (Sherry) Cox of Williamson County; and a half-brother, Harry England of Lewisburg, Tennessee. In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by one brother, Daniel Cox and one sister, Margaret Blackburn.

Pall bearers will be Donald Cox, Larry Cox, Jerry Cox, Billy Joe Cox, and Terry Cox.

Honorary Guests will be NHC Columbia Staff.
