Ann Black Rivera

October 16, 1952 - October 23, 2008

Ms. Ann Black Rivera, 56, a resident of East Burt Drive, died Thursday, October 23, 2008, at Maury Regional Medical Center. The family will visit with friends Wednesday, October 29, 2008 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home. A private family memorial service will be held at a later time. The Maury County native was the daughter of Margaret Byrd Black of Columbia and the late Charles E. Black. She was employed by Dailys in Columbia where she worked as a cashier. Ms. Rivera was a former employee of Pelican/Nukote Industries in Franklin. She was a member of the Church of Christ. In addition to her mother, she is survived by a daughter, Elizabeth Davis of Columbia; a son, Christopher Davis of Franklin; sisters, Gail Black of Columbia; Carol Black of Columbia; a brother, Charles E. (Kay) Black, Jr. of Lewisburg; a niece, Charley Jo Black of Columbia; and a loving pet, Cambonita. Memorials may be made to the Community Christmas Card Program, c/o The Daily Herald, P.O.
