Edwin J. Marvin Mr. Edwin J. Marvin, 90, a resident of Rosewood Drive, Columbia, formerly of Camden, Tennessee, died Friday, July 23, 2010, at Life Care Center of Columbia. Born in Alberta, Canada on July 9, 1920, Mr. Marvin was the son of the late Walter Marvin and Stella Marvin and the husband of the late Lillian G. He was a retired Army Major who proudly served in the Armed forces during World War II, and formerly worked at Cape Canaveral, Florida. Mr. Marvin also worked for Pan Am Airlines. He was a member of the Lions Club. Mr. Marvin especially enjoyed reading, dancing, and listening to music of the 1940s and 1950s. Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Marvin is survived by a son, Dennis Marvin of Manchester, New Hampshire, two daughters, Michelle (Pete) Henson, Florida, and Sandra (Daniel) Parks, St. Croix, Virgin Islands.
