Linda Lee Wiley

March 1, 1962 - July 12, 2012

Mrs. Linda Lee Wiley, age 50, wife of Jeff Wiley and a resident of Westover Drive in Columbia, TN, passed away Thursday, July 12, 2012 at her residence. Memorial services will be conducted Tuesday, July 17 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Heritage Funeral Home. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family and in charge of the arrangements. Linda was born in Columbia and was the daughter of the late Carl Lee Wheeler, Sr. and Mrs. Perry Lee Hayes Wheeler of Columbia. She was a homemaker in recent years and a graduate of Columbia Central High School. Linda will be remembered for her loving and caring personality for others and for her cats. She loved music and had a natural drawing talent. Her husband, Jeff, describes their life together as "a classic love story." Linda and Jeff dated for several months in the early 1990's and were separated, before being reunited thirteen years later. They were married in Sept. 2003 and enjoyed a wonderful 9 years together. In addition to her mother and husband, Linda is survived by her son: Austin Lee Woods; a brother: Ronnie Wheeler; a sister: Karen Jernigan, all of Columbia; and two grandchildren, Madison and Landin. She was preceded in death by her older brother, Carl Lee Wheeler, Jr. You may send condolences to the family at the top of this page.
