Mrs. Virginia Sue Pilewicz, age 87 of Nashville, passed away on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at her residence, surrounded by her family.Her family will celebrate her life at her residence at a later, per the request of her daughter.The family is being assisted by Heritage Funeral Home of Franklin.Mrs. Pilewicz was born September 12, 1925 in Nashville. She was the only child of Stanton and Elmora Allen Mundy, and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband: Stanley Anthony Pilewicz on June 6, 2006, who were both very active in the American Legion, and other organizations, where Suewas able to have the honor of holding State President for two years.She is survived by her daughter: Donna Sheppard of Nashville; and son: Michael Pilewicz; three grandchildren: Lisa Sheppard, Michael Pilewicz and Tony Sheppard; and six great-grandchildren.You may share condolences with the family at the top of this page.
