Mr. Aaron Warner Bolton, 64, died Sunday, July 5, 2009 at his residence on Bradford Circle in Columbia. Services for Mr. Bolton will be conducted Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. in the chapel of Heritage Funeral Home, 609 Bear Creek Pike, with Eddie Rogers officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Tuesday, July 7, 2009 from 4:00 " 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Bolton was a native of Maury County. He was the son of Aaron H. and Grace Elizabeth Derryberry Bolton, who survives. He was a 1962 graduate of Columbia Central High School. He was formerly married to Mary Frances Lynn Bolton. Mr. Bolton was a former employee of UCAR, Conalco, and Tobacco for Less. He enjoyed playing cards. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son, Kyle Bolton of Columbia; a grand-daughter, Brooklyn Bolton of Columbia; two grandsons, Cody and Blake Bolton, both of Columbia; a great grand-son, Hayden Bolton of Columbia; two sisters, Vannette Bolton of Columbia and Kim (Mark) Allen of Smyrna; nieces and nephews, Charity (Brian) Sharp, Patrick Hall, Emery Allen and Landon Allen. Pallbearers will be Steven Derryberry, Donnie Joe Cothron, Dwain Andrews, Jerry Putnam, Guy Z. Derryberry, Troy Derryberry, Ricky Mencer and Murray Derryberry. Memorials may be made to Hospice Compassus, 1412 Trotwood Ave., Suite 5, Columbia, TN 38401 or the American Cancer Society, 200 Charlotte Ave., Nashville, TN 37203.
