Mrs. Sharon Marie Ferrara Eastham, 52, a resident of Columbia, died Thursday, June 5, 2008 from injuries received in an automobile accident on the Campbellsville Pike. A memorial service will be held for Mrs. Eastham at a later time in Winchester, New Hampshire. Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, and a former long-time resident of Winchester, New Hampshire, she was the daughter of the late Ralph J. Ferrara and Fay Renaud Ritcey of Port St. Lucie, Florida, and formerly of Everett, Massachusetts. She was a homemaker and horse trainer, and was married to Paul Eastham. She owned and trained championship Morgan horses for many years in Winchester, New Hampshire. She loved cooking, golden retrievers, and Morgan horses. She was of the Baptist faith. In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by a brother, Ralph J. (Beth) Ferrara of Westfield, MA; a niece, Jessica Ferrara of Westfield, MA; two nephews, Carmen (Kate) Ferrara of Canton, MA and Shayne Ferrara of Hull, MA; a great-niece, Claire Ferrara of Canton, MA; a great-nephew, Will Ferrara of Canton, MA; an aunt, Carol (Duncan) Kerr of Saugus, MA; an uncle, Richard (Barbara) Renaud of Renton, WA; and special friends, Len (Ann) Emery of Piney Flats, TN; Laura Runger of Prescott, AZ, Jimmy (Raquel) Waters of Columbia, TN; as well as many friends in New Hampshire and the horse world.
