Dwayne Charles Crain, 46, a resident of Yokley Road in the Old Lynnville Community, died Sunday, October 11, 2009 at Maury Regional Medical Center. Funeral Services for Mr. Crain will be conducted on Thursday, October 15, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Heritage Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Roberts officiating. Entombment will follow in the mausoleum at Maury Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Wednesday, October 14, 2009, 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Born in Lexington, Kentucky, he was the son of the Wayne and Shirley Graff Crain. He was married to Rhonda Zimmerlee Crain, who survives. Mr. Crain was a truck driver for A & G Trucking of Hamilton, Alabama, and he hauled cars for Allied for 14 years. He enjoyed football, especially the Titans, and classic cars. He was very family oriented, and was a member of Richland Baptist Church. In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by two sons, Tyler Samuel Crain and Joseph Tate Crain of Lynnville; three sisters, Rebecca (Tim) Carroll of Pulaski, TN, Tammy (Jerry) Tuttle of Culleoka, TN and Julie (Gene) Hight of Columbia, TN; his maternal grandmother, Sarah Frances Graff of Culleoka, TN ; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Charles Graff; parental grandparents, John and Pearl Crain; mother and father in law, Joe and Jean Zimmerlee. Pallbearers will be Chris Zimmerlee, Matthew Hight, Markus Baker, Justin Vandiver, Gene Hight, Jerry Tuttle, Tim Carroll, and Aaron Reed. Honorary Pallbearers will be Randy Zimmerlee, fellow A & G drivers, and former Allied drivers. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.heritage-fhcs.com.
