Mrs. Jacqueline Inez Hall Watts, 84, formerly of the El Dorado, Arkansas area and a resident of Brookhaven, Mississippi, died Monday, August 3, 2009 at the home of her son in Columbia, Tennessee. Funeral Services for Mrs. Watts will be conducted Thursday, August 6, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Bailey Funeral Home in El Dorado, Arkansas with Terry Lockhart and Christopher Lockhart officiating. Burial will follow in the Olive Branch Cemetery in El Dorado, Arkansas. The family will visit with friends Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until time of the service. Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements. Born in El Dorado, Arkansas, she was the daughter of the late George Alfred Hall and Rose Brantley. She was the widow of Hope Leon Watts who died December 15, 1985. She was a teacher, worked with Luling, Arkansas Post Office for many years, and was a homemaker. Mrs. Watts enjoyed sewing and cooking. She was a member of the Church of Christ. She is survived by a daughter, Susan Gail (Terry) Lockhart of Brookhaven, Mississippi; a son, William Hope Bill Watts of Columbia, Tennessee; granddaughters, Melinda Ann Watts of Columbia, Tennessee, Molly Anna Watts of Columbia, Tennessee and Kristy Leann Watson of Wesson, Mississippi; grandsons, William Brandon Watts of Hawaii and Christopher Jon Lockhart of Columbia, Tennessee; and a great-granddaughter, Khloe Leann Watson of Wesson, Mississippi.
