Mrs. Margaret Louise Boshers Harris, 87, widow of James Howard Harris, Sr., died February 25, 2008, at her residence on McIntire Drive. Funeral Services for Mrs. Harris will be conducted Saturday March 1, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at Parkway Baptist Church with the Rev. Mike Roberts and Keith Baker officiating. Burial will be in the Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Friday, February 29, 2008 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home and Saturday from 12:00 noon until service time at the church. The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Willie Webb and Ruby Pearl Evans Boshers. Mrs. Harris was a 1941 graduate of Haylong High School in Mt. Pleasant. She was a homemaker, she enjoyed playing the piano, sewing, crocheting, decorating and making flower arrangements. She was of the Baptist Faith and was extremely faithful to her God. She was a loving Granny and was a very giving and caring person. She is survived by a daughter, Sandra Sandy (Buddy) Van Aken of Dunedin, Florida; a son James H. Jimmy (Joyce) Harris, Jr., of Columbia; two sisters, Betty Jane (Bill) Dugger of Columbia, and Sara Ellen Boshers of Bowling Green, Kentucky; three brothers, Wade (Bea) Boshers of Mt. Pleasant, James Ray Boshers of Mt. Pleasant, Van Boshers of Columbia; two granddaughters, Becky Ann Harris of Crystal River, Florida and Michele Harris of Columbia; two grandsons, David Rehula of Dunedin, Flordia and Jeff (Lori) Rehula of Oldsmar, Florida; one great-granddaughter, Courtney Rehula of Oldsmar, Florida; one great-grandson, Trent Rehula of Oldsmar, Florida; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Bobby Lee Boshers, Grover Boshers, Webb Boshers; two sisters, Effie Sutton and Dorothy Ann Boshers. Pallbearers will be James Ray Boshers, Van Boshers, Wade Boshers, David Rehula, Jeff Rehula, Buddy Van Aken, Bill Dugger, Donnie Boshers, Bobby Lee Boshers, Jr., Michael Boshers, and Richard Dugger. Honorary Pallbearers will be all her nieces and nephews and Nancy Frost. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, Maury County Unit, P.O. Box 1212 Columbia, TN. 38402.
