Sharon "Sherry" Lee Marshall Brown

Mrs. Sharon (Sherry) Lee Marshall Brown, age 76, of Franklin, TN, died Friday, September 30, 2011. Sherry was a kindergarten and elementary school teacher; and for several years the receptionist and office manager for Ann Carroll School of Dance. She was a very active member of Franklin First United Methodist Church (FFUMC) serving in several different leadership positions and ministries; also a member of Chapter H, PEO. Sherry is survived by her husband Isaac (Ike) Brown; sons Warren and wife Amanda of Tuscaloosa, AL; David and wife Ann of Stuart, FL; grandchildren Carson and Marshall of Tuscaloosa, AL; Casey Ann and Bennett of Stuart, FL; sister Jody Bean, niece Beverly and husband Paul Hart, and great niece Sarah Hart all of Springfield, TN. Visitation with family on Sunday, Oct 2, at Franklin First United Methodist Church (historic sanctuary) at 143 5th Ave South from 3:00 " 6:00 p.m. and one hour prior to celebration of life service on Monday, Oct 3, at 11:00 a.m. at the historic sanctuary (FFUMC), Dr. Lynn Hill and Rev. Vona Wilson officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery. Memorial gifts may be made to FFUMC Building Fund or a charity of your choice.
