Michael Lewis

Mr. Michael Mike Lewis, age 54, husband of Louise Sherry Lewis, and a resident of Will Brown Road in Spring Hill passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at Williamson Medical Center. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, December 22nd at 6pm at Coolsprings Missionary Baptist Church, located at 3213 Hwy 431, Spring Hill, TN 37174. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family and in charge of arrangements. Mike was born on March 20, 1958 in Phoenix, Arizona. He was the son of the late Russell Franklin Lewis and Phyllis Hope Fraley Lewis. He worked in quality control at Burns Gage and Machine in Burns, TN. He entered into holy matrimony with Louise on March 25, 1978. Since he was twelve years old he showed a strong interest in music. He particularly enjoyed rock and country genres. Mike played in several bands, and he loved playing the guitar and organ. He loved his family especially his daughter and his four grandkids. He enjoyed cutting the lawn, and he cherished his farm with horses and goats. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by daughter: Sarah (Tim) Fears of San Diego, CA; brother: Robert Franklin Lewis of Burlington, VT; and four grandchildren: Chelsea Michelle Fears, Brooklyn MacKenzie Fears, Gavin Timothy Fears, and Jared Elliott Fears all of California.
