Anastacia Mireles Chacon

Anastacia Mireles Chacon, age 73, a resident of Columbia, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2024, at Maury Regional Medical Center.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 12, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Rick Points officiating. Following the service, she will be laid to rest in Maury Memorial Gardens. A visitation will also be held on Friday, from 12:00 – 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on August 14, 1950, in Coahuila, Mexico, Anastacia was the daughter of the late Isidro Mireles and Elodia Ortiz Mireles. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, and was a dedicated Christian who cherished reading her Bible and attending church three times a week. Above all, she treasured her family and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Jesus N. Chacon, daughters, Arlene (Luis) Lugo of Columbia, TN, Beanca Aguirre of El Paso, TX, son, Charles R. Chacon of Chaparral, NM, grandchildren, Emily D. (Leiver) Morales, Celeste Soriano, Elizabeth Lugo, Luis Lugo, Jr., Christopher A. (Karen) Chacon, Jennifer (Joel) Urrutia, Ashley M. Chacon, Abigail R. Chacon, and seven great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Luis Lugo, Luis Lugo, Jr., Christopher A. Chacon, Leiver Morales, Jaxon Davidson, Robert A. Brown, and Edward R. Elizondo.
