Anna Jane Springer

Anna Jane Springer, age 67, resident of Ardmore, passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at Elk River Health and Rehabilitation Center.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 4 ^th at 11:00 AM at Pleasant Point Cemetery in Athens, Alabama with Brother James Turner officiating.  Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Anna Jane was born December 23, 1954 in Limestone County, Alabama and was the daughter of the late Gilbert Hagan Burris and the late Pearlie Florence Coleman.  She liked all animals but especially horses and farm animals.  Anna enjoyed being on Facebook.  She was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Shanghai Baptist Church.  Above all, she loved her family and spending time with them.

She is survived by her daughter, Anna Marie (Tim) Thigpen of Elkmont, AL; and brother, Jack Burris of Tuscan, AZ.  Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her aunt, Nancy Seaman; and grandparents, Rollie and Jane Coleman.
