Barry L. Hargrove of Lewisburg, Tennessee

May 27, 1951 - August 27, 2018

It is with great sadness that the family of Mr. Barry L. Hargrove announces his passing on August 27, 2018.

Barry was a loving husband, father, step father, and grandfather. He was a retired police officer, having served the City of Lewisburg for thirty years. Barry was a United States Air Force Veteran, serving his country from 1970-1974.

Visitation for Barry was held in Lewisburg. It is an honor for Barry to be the first to be a part of the Memory Forest at Maury Memorial Gardens in Columbia where his living urn with the tree the family chose will always be cared for. The Memory Forest is the only one of its kind in Tennessee at this time.

Barry continuously helped others throughout his life and will continue to help others. Trees provide oxygen, help clean the air, provide a home for wildlife, and add beauty to the environment while contributing to our ecosystem. Barry will be deeply missed. He will be forever remembered by family and friends. Forever in our hearts.
