Mr. Billy O. Allen, 75, resident of Pulaski, passed away January 17 at the Alvin C. York Medical Center in Murfreesboro.

A burial at sea will be held later. Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Born August 27, 1945 in McDavid, Fl, son of the late Henry and Louise Kendall Allen and husband of Phylliss Eckburg Allen. He served his country in the US Marines during the Vietnam Conflict He worked in maintenance for the Oceanside, CA Water Department. His hobbies were hunting fishing and gardening

In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by sons: Jeffrey (Lisa) Allen of Licking, MO, and Donald Jason Allen of Pulaski; a brother: John Allen of Pensacola, FL; sisters: Hazel Gibbs and Linda Baker, both of Pensacola, FL and Sherry Kutch of Havelock, NC; eight grandchildren.
