Bobby Dwayne Wilbanks of Fayetteville, Tennessee

October 20, 1973 - March 7, 2020

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bobby Dwayne Wilbanks of Fayetteville, TN on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at the age of 46. Bobby passed away peacefully at Huntsville Hospital surrounded by his family and friends. Heritage Funeral Home will handle cremation services. A Celebration of Life will be planned for a later date.

In his youth, Bobby attended school in Pulaski, TN where he played football and had many friends. He was a skilled mechanic and an avid fisherman. Bobby was a big fan of professional wrestling and enjoyed yard sales and listening to old country music.

Bobby is survived by his children: Summer Wilbanks and Trevor Wilbanks along with Haylee Wilbanks and an unborn child with significant other, Mary Lea Koonce. Bobby is also survived by three siblings: Christy Simmons, Jacob Helton and Casey Helton. Bobby leaves behind two grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Bobby was preceded in death by his mother, Cathy (Carter) Vernon.
