Cathy Shearer of Chapel Hill, Tennessee

Cathy A. Miller Shearer, 71, resident of Chapel Hill, passed away Friday, May 17 at her residence.

Born March 12, 1953 in Quitman, MS, daughter of the late William and Sybil Slay Miller and the wife of the late Robert “Bob” Shearer, Sr.

Cathy was a fun loving woman who was full of knowledge and had an exceptional eye for antiques. She loved spending time with the family, having cookouts and watching a good western. She was a very compassionate and understanding grandma, wife, and mother.

Cathy is survived by her sons: Robert (Tiffany) Shearer, Jr of Chapel Hill and Brian (Ashley) Havrilla of Lewisburg; 4 grandchildren: Mya Havrilla, Kalum Jones, Kasey Jones and Korrigan Jones.
