Christy Dawn Alexander

Christy Dawn Alexander, age 41, a resident of Pulaski, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 13, 2019 due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2019 at 2PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Jonathan Burns officiating. A visitation will also be held on Thursday from 12-2PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born on December 17, 1977 in Columbia, Christy was the daughter of Kathy Skinner Arzadon and the late Ronald Eugene Alexander. She was a member of East Hill Church of Christ in Pulaski. She loved playing sports, especially softball and basketball. Her favorite color was blue and lucky number was 14. She enjoyed painting nails and was excellent cook. She was especially particular about cleaning and organizing everything. She was an independent lady who had a heart of gold and loved spending time with her children and granddaughter.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughters: Savanna Zapata of Columbia, Selena Alexander of Columbia, Serenity Geerts of Murfreesboro; brother: Cameron Alexander of Columbia; sisters: Susan Nicole Wilson of Columbia, Candice McCall of Columbia, Courtney Alexander of Columbia; and granddaughter: Nylah Zapata; and grandson on the way: Jeremias Edmiston.

Along with her father, she was preceded in death by her granddaughter: Annalysa Alexander.
